Nanopay offered multiple payment products across different audiences and use cases.

I redesigned the company website to create a clearer digital presence that could communicate those products as part of one recognizable nanopay ecosystem.

Nanopay’s Back Office was the operational hub for customer support, onboarding, and payment operations. As the platform grew, critical information became increasingly difficult to find, workflows became fragmented, and teams relied on manual searching to complete everyday tasks.

I led the redesign across research, information architecture, interaction design, and phased delivery—improving how operations teams navigated accounts, transactions, and onboarding work while working within limited engineering capacity.

01 — The CHALLENGE

Different products needed to feel like one company

Each nanopay product had its own features, audience, and visual identity.

The challenge was to create enough consistency across the website that customers could understand and trust the broader nanopay brand—without making every product look or feel the same.

Original nanopay website
The existing site reflected nanopay’s brand, but did not yet provide a cohesive framework for presenting a growing product portfolio.

02 — the APPROACH

A shared system with room for product identity

The redesign focused on creating a stronger common foundation across:

  • Information hierarchy

  • Product positioning

  • Visual language

  • Navigation

  • Messaging

  • Reusable page patterns

Individual products could retain distinct colors and imagery while sharing a consistent structure and relationship to the nanopay brand.

03 — The DESIGN DIRECTION

Making the product portfolio easier to understand

The landing page was redesigned to communicate nanopay’s broader offering more clearly and give individual products stronger entry points.

Rather than presenting the company as a collection of disconnected offerings, the new direction treated the website as a shared product ecosystem.

Exploring a shared visual system
Early directions explored how individual products could retain their own visual character within a consistent nanopay framework.

04 — DESIGN OUTCOME

A more cohesive expression of the Nanopay brand

The redesign established a more consistent digital framework for presenting multiple products while still allowing each offering to maintain its own character.

Key Insight

A scalable brand system doesn’t require every product to look the same—it needs enough shared structure that they clearly belong together.
