I’m Julie, a product designer based in Toronto.
I design complex systems and workflows, with a focus on fintech and operational products. My background in urban planning shaped how I think about products: not as isolated screens, but as interconnected systems of people, rules, constraints, and decisions.
Over the past 8 years, I’ve worked across 0→1 products, launches, and evolving platforms—turning ambiguous financial and operational requirements into experiences that feel clear and intuitive. I’m most energized by messy problem spaces where product strategy, systems thinking, and interaction design need to come together.
Currently, I’m a Senior Product Designer at Fidelity, leading work on financial workflows for advisors and operations teams. Outside of work, I’m drawn to hospitality, food, branding, and the small details that shape how people experience a place or product.
